Singki dlm bilik air perlu diperbaiki sumbat teruk tv remote pun tukar baru....chek in sepatutnye pkl 3 teelalu lama tunggu sampai pukul 4 baru boleh chek in hotel perlu diperbaiki sistem chek in yang lain2 semua ok

Average. Reception staf is not friendly .. no smile on face. Hardly to pick up phone. Room not really clean.

Location is about 30 mins from city centre.Room was spacious but dated.the whole area feels like school dorms.simple malaysian breakfast with nasi lemak and mee mamak with few cakes for dessert.we came down for breakfast around 8am and food almost finishing with no refills.so better come early.

Overall in average condition. Poor cleanliness especially corridor, floor n kettle rack in a room. So far tq for the service 💕

Overall experience are good enough for my family. The check in process were smooth, the check out even smoother without hassle. The room are spacious and clean. The iron and iron board are provided for the room without needed to use the outside or take them from counter. The fasilities are good even have table tennis, badminton, dam haji and chess to play after pool time. Just need to ask the equipment at the counter anytime. The building has 2 level upstairs and we just use stairs. Not sure whether there is lift or not. Thank you HSM for the hospitality.
